WHAT IS A BOOSTER?

The IRHS Basketball Boosters is a non-formal parent organization approved by the school and the District for the purpose of operating as an oganization and performance of financial obligations.  The mission is to provide a support system for the student/athletes and their parents and a liaison for the coach and his staff.

The Booster's primary goal is to raise money for the Boys’ Basketball program to ensure that the season runs smoothly and is successful.  Although the district covers some costs through the bookstore account for the whole program, there are some costs not covered by the school that need to paid throughout the season.  This is where the Boosters come in and help raise money by selling items, providing sponsorship opportunities, etc. which help pay for coaching assistants (Varsity, JV and Frosh), tournaments, equipment, gear, etc.

Thank you for your continued support for the program!
